I Think my Phone Camera has Degraded

It started before a meeting, using my phone as a mirror (always; that’s one less thing to carry around).

You use your teeth on winter clothes a lot, eh.

Who am I kidding today, my hair is better up.

These front-facing camera photos, I don’t remember them being so grainy, when I got my phone a year ago.

Here’s the forward-facing camera, way crisper.

So I daydreamed about this, here’s my new theory:

When you buy cameras in mass quantities (like a phone manufacturer would), I wonder if “lifespan” is an option.  For example, 1,000 photos VS 5,000 photos, before picture quality degradation begins. The former would be used in a budget, no-name phone. Like that.

The Thing About Nice Rims is This

(Infiniti G37 Rims)

See how low they sit?  It makes nicking them SO easy.

And a few dings on each, and the car starts to look straggly. That means you have to pay close, constant attention.  Curbs and corners have to be taken slower.

Being careful not to dent the $1,000s in rims

every time I park, that gets old fast.

Of course I love high performance tires and cars. But, I think rims work the best when you own 2 cars: one with rims, and an everyday car.

I like nice cars, but I like driving more.

This is a Sunday Update

4 years ago today I joined Twitter, the same bot tweets me this each year.

9,172 total tweets.  That’s 2,293 / year, or 191 / month, or 6 / day. I speak less IRL.

Here comes the cold, EH.

When I came home from the US last week, I brought the remainder of a store’s stock, of these amazing new plates.

Stopped by a party on Friday.

Later that night.

Look fast, I’m in a hipster hat.

The bartender opend up the table for me, a nice Saturday night surprise.

Had one of those, “how did I not see that coming” moments.

Here’s a photo of my desk right now; I’m trying something new: I moved my system,to the right.

I don’t know why I feel compelled to blog photos of my desk.

Turned on my first Android this weekend, see the white Galaxy III there? Hooooly customizable.

Picking up the new 2013 Honda Accord tomorrow, in manual at that.

Busy week ahead, a lot of writing to do tomorrow afternoon, and this week’s column is: if you’re going to the detail shop, do this. Some events to attend, coffee meetups, and I’m forgetting stuff.

Night, TTYT
