Didn’t this Week Feel Crooked?

Like everything was off by 20º, everything out of step.

Except for Wednesday, which fell into place like a ballet. Yesterday was completely sideways, then my concentration went west around 2pm, and haven’t seen it since.

Part of this is because of the Mercury Retrograde, which ended today. Mercury Retrograde is OVER.

The Planets(for all my love of logic, I believe in the power of the planets.)

Maybe that’s what yesterday’s freak storm in Barrie came from, the one that caused a 100-car pileup?! Did you see the animated gif on Buzzfeed? Click that, it’s nuts.

It’s 10:30 pm, I have 3 more emails to send, then we’re going to a Friday night beer & blog.

kk finally made it.

The phone rang, and I laughed on it for a while. I talk on the phone a lot. I think it’s odd when people don’t.. blogged as much before.

Is it me, or did PhotoBooth photos get grainier.

Hoping this weekend I find a chunk of quiet blog-building time, my ‘About’ pages are all still blank, I’m 4 videos and 1 million columns behind, and the joke is over on LinkedIn, but that alone is an afternoon…

Best of available options includes: a leather steering wheel with controls, Handsfree Bluetooth phone connectivity, Cruise Control, connect an audio device via USB, and the sportier exterior styling riding on 16″ alloy wheels.

Sporty looking little guy eh. It’s a little grille, but it’s aggressive.

It was a fun car to throw around the city. Steering and handling are responsive, accelerates with pep. I had the manual transmission though, which any subcompact performs best with.

Competition: Ford Fiesta, Kia Rio, Hyundai Accent, Chevy Spark, Nissan Versa Note, Toyota Yaris

Here’s where the Fit outshines them: the rear seat.

See how flat the floor is, and how the seat folds right up 60/40?

That’s Honda’s exclusive “Magic Seat”. Creates a massive empty space; the total cargo area rivals that of some small crossovers.

It’s an ergonomic, functional interior; nice big buttons and knobs, a double glovebox.

Interesting, this 2014 model year Fit is built completely in China, a rarity. I’m not convinced you’d notice, if you didn’t know. As for how it holds up though, time. The 2015 Fit will be built in Mexico.

Woah I squished a lot into today. Published to 2 sites 2x / each, lunch with a pal, then got to see my girls from out-of-town for a minute, zeroed my inbox, more lists that are exciting for me boring for you, another 4 weeks and I think I’ll have this 3-job-system under control.

If you’re on a Mac or iPhone – you need to update your OS, there’s a bad SSL bug going around. Apple released the update Friday to patch it, just haven’t had time to write that post. Consider using a browser other than Safari for now, and read more at Ars Technica.

I’m concerned how time is going so fast, that it’s already 11 pm, that this weekend brings March. I’m going to start planning my summer next week, otherwise I won’t have much of one; learned that the hard way last year. PR pals – please send invites; I know I’ve being saying no a lot, I’ll say opposite.
