From All of Us at KeriBlog – Merry Christmas!

Merry Christmas to You!
Hope you laugh a lot, and your wishes come true.

Above is the only gift I gave this year. Pretty ornament, it’s from… Canadian Tire?! I know eh, $4.49, some stores will be open tomorrow if you need a last-minute seasonal something.

I love the Christmas-time Energy… everywhere is lit up and excited, and the frazzled energy of a mall – that’s quality people-watching – people are happier than usual, and the energy from a collective sigh there’s a few days off work.

My Christmas Press Car couldn’t be better – 2016 Cadillac ATS AWD

A 2.0 L turbo outputting 272-hp and 295 lb.-ft. Available in a V6 too, 321-hp. ATS over 3-Series.

I had it in October, and it turned out to be a “Top 3 Favourite Vehicle of 2015”. Then it was pure luck I booked it for a 2nd week, and during the holidays at that.

Every Christmas I embed the same video from 6 years ago.

From my days as ‘The Canadian Explorer,’ this is the dumbest video I’m literally laughing as I type… I’d just built a green screen studio in my condo… it was 2009, the days of the early internet and start of social media, remember then? The hum you hear is the lights, omg they’d cause me to see spots.

I get myself a gift each year:

2008 – Jawbone
2009 – Books
2010 – IronKey
2011 – I forgot
2012 – a dust-buster & jogging pants
2013 – humidifier and black baseball hat
2014 – a house
2015 – a job

From you, for Christmas, I’d like one thing:

This time of year can be real sad for elderly people, so please call the oldest person you know and wish them a Merry Christmas.

And with that I’m off to a neighbour party, have a great holidays!

How I Spent my Christmas Vacation

Quietly. In jogging pants, securing the couch.

Laughed a lotFirst Christmas in my new house! And it was nice to have a break from blogging, thanks for being understanding.

Hung out with my neighbours. Who was aghast I’d never seen the movie, ‘A Christmas Story’ and made me watch it.

Surprised by how much I laughed, “it’s a serious award.”

The arrow is pointing at the oddest movie moment I’ve seen in a while – Mickey Mouse is attacked and pushed out of the parade. The movie was made in 1983, can’t see that happening today.

May not remember taking some of these.

1 – New Years Eve
2 – playing YouTube DJ. My neighbours make fun of my “spirit fingers” when I dance. They’re right.
3 – backyard shooting competition after the movie, because Red Rifle.

I’ve not seen that Frozen movie, but when I Googled it this character is the happy guy on the street, so that’s a nice compliment.

Read a lot of car manuals, and messed around trying to load files into infotainment systems.

New Years Resolution:

Failing though; I haven’t Tweeted since.

My car for the holidays was amazing,

What a way to drive into the New Year.

2015 Range Rover Sport Supercharged V8, top trim, $120,000-ish.

And that’s the holidays complete, let’s work.

Here’s to a strong start to your 2015 xo
