1/4 already guys, that’s 25% of 2014 DONE.
Oh time. About Time. I think about time a lot.
This post is to make us go :O at its speed.
Cars, Security and a Peek into my Life
1/4 already guys, that’s 25% of 2014 DONE.
Oh time. About Time. I think about time a lot.
Watching the people. Everyone seems to have lowered their guard more than normal, and many have totally dropped them.
I wonder if it’s because an airport is such a protected and monitored place, so it feels safe to drop it.
I like walking through the crowds, thinking about how I’m so close to all these different people, and I will never see them again.
Maybe we even bumped into one another, exchanged words and a smile, then nothing ever more guaranteed.
You know the saying, “want to see someone’s true colours? Add stress”. Many people find travelling stressful, so that’s usually entertaining.
There’s the most delicious airport food, able to be eaten one-handed.
And I figure if I’m in an airport, I must be up to something good.
Always have loved airports.
Here’s the blog section.
Pretty good wingtip photo eh.
Stayed in another 21C Museum Hotel, here’s the one in Cincinnati. They’re neat.
It’s just as it sounds: a slick hotel, with constantly rotating art everywhere. Their symbol is a penguin, there’s 3 hotels in total.
We are here because ouside the city Kentucky has beautiful, windy roads to drive on.
Heels :O
I don’t really get art.
This is broken beer bottles.
Now this art I get.
Camera and projector, then the letters were like magnets, and stuck to you.
Welcome to my blog Daniel!
Launch lunch.
What I saw the most of my 2 nights in Kentucky.
Remember I said I’m somehow doing it wrong? Perfect example: how did I not get to take off, on a 3-hr exploration of the city, I even had a new car to do it in.
Part of the launch was at the baseball stadium.
Kentucky has nice manners, even by Canadian standards.
Apparently our Canadian wave lucked out, and we got the best weather of the weeks-long launch.
Here’s my review on Autonet, of the 2015 Chrysler 200.
Hi hi from my local. Got home at 9, took one look at my laptop, covered in deadlines, and put my coat on and walked down the street to a beer and poutine.
Leave it with me guys, these weak blog posts will soon over, but I’m so wiped and this is posted from my phone and I. Am. Burnt. Out.
Know how I recently said “but what else is there to do but work, really”? That’s still so true, but think I’m going to be forced to find out, because this schedule of mine has finally caught up with me, and I had a couple good health scares this week that I can’t just phft away like before.
And that cliche, “you have nothing without your health” I finally understand. And take back all those eye rolls. I got lucky, and am as tough and resilient as it gets, excel at sleep deprivation, but even still, can’t get away with it anymore; I finally found the edge of the envelope.
Luckily though, that also means I heal like Wolverine, but I think the reset button will have to include a scaling back, planned down time, hippie things like massages and vegetables, plus, regular exercise. My mind is suffering, and without a clear, strong imagination well, that’s where all of this comes from.
Over the years I’ve noticed a pattern that, if I type it out here, it helps it come true…
I wish to return to gymnastics.
There’s an exercise I can get excited about. Plus the competition element.
Until then, kk let’s modify this life of mine, add some balance. Because all this busyness, these 3 job madness, has also made me realize that I’ve lost my way a little and forgot this blog is supposed to be the epicentre.
Lastly, hope it’s a good one because it’s Thursday night, best night of the week!
xo thanks for always checking in, means more than you realize.
