15 Videos about the 2010 Olympics

The paper permitted me to film and cover whatever I wished, so I explored around and interviewed people with my screwdriver microphone.

Miss that thing.

These are all screenshots.

Because this is the bad thing: I never uploaded any of them to my YouTube account.

It floors me, but they’re all still live on Sun Media’s servers.

Watch this, then at the end it’ll display a ‘Related Videos’ at the bottom, find them all there.

Until tonight, I hadn’t watched of these since I made them.

Even made it up to Whistler.

On the Alberta Train.

Where I ran into Maelle Ricker, and held a Gold medal. My editor loved this one.

Here’s another time I held a Gold medal, includes a better photo of it.

Roamed the streets every night.

That 3 weeks really was one of those once-in-a-lifetime, time-of-my-life experiences.

Exploring Whistler Village

I’ve been editing the last Canadian Explorer episode and came across the below episode.

My time at the Olympics was all in fast forward, especially this day.

I filmed three videos, all on zero sleep (Irish House, the party place of the Games and directly across the street from my Vancouver home.  I never again want to hear “I will walk 500 miles”).

I blogged, made videos, posted them, and never really looked back until now.  I quite like this video.

Note: I had to embed it from the Sun Media site because…. omg this is bad… it’s not uploaded to my own YouTube channel.  So bad.

I blogged recently about the mess that is my online everything.  I’ll clean it up, soon soon.

And now, Exploring Whistler Village:

A Gold Medal!  YES Maelle Ricker.

Ep #79 – Our Big Hockey Gold Win

Remember when we CRUSHED IT at the Van2010 Olympics this year??

Here’s the streets of Vancouver after our 14th world-record Gold Medal hockey win.

GO CANADA GO!

The guy at the end, love him, “here we gooooooo!”.

Thanks again to Canada Goose for outfitting me for the Games, they saved me because I was in real danger of looking like a raggamuffin.

If you’re going to be out playing street hockey on Saturday, register your team with them (which enters you to maybe win a prize pack) and join in their attempt to have the most recorded street hockey games day.  Good luck guys!
