Really Want to Learn How to Drift

Drifting is totally superfluous and completely inefficient, but who cares, because look.

Awesomely over-dramatic.

Tires screaming, covering everyone in smoke as I pass, I love that going sideways is the point.

I’ve accidentally drifted plenty, because ice or other circumstances… one time I drifted my favourite on-ramp in Toronto, which is how I figured out my tires were bald. But to do this with finesse and precision ahhh, I’m into it.

(nice new blog headers eh. Blog tag = header)

Most Extreme Helluflush I’ve Ever Seen

Wow eh.

Hellaflush or stanced – to lower a car’s suspension and add oversized tires, making it so the body work almost rubs the tires, and the road.

It’s been banned in Quebec.

Well not really banned, because how could they, instead it’s now impossible to get insurance for a car modified like this.

Wrote the news about it for the paper, here.

I’m Okay

Had surgery yesterday, my first time.

I was under for 2 hours, my guts were sawed apart since they’d annoyingly glued themselves together, and 3 grapefruit-sized tumours were removed from my guts. I’m so skinny now! ;)

The best part is I’ll no longer be constantly tired, because this disease was sucking the life out of me… for almost a year, I’ve kept this pace of life with the equivalent of chronic fatigue syndrome.  Imagine how much I can now get done ha. Oh and my surgeon wore a motorsport racing headwear in my honour awww.

Never been under anestetic before, woah it makes you stupid eh. I’m still a mouth-breather, had no idea it took so much out of you. Might not be able to race on Sunday, like I had planned.

Maybe though, because look at this below, taken right after they rolled me to recovery: perfect blood pressure PHFT, proof I heal like Wolverine.

I have 3 deadlines for Friday morning: 2 at the newspaper and 1 for SecTor, Canada’s premier security conference which is happening late October, and if you’re considering to get into the industry, should attend.

And for all my blabla above, I’m actually quite hurt, and need to go back to sleep now, so blog is on pause till Monday.

Thanks for always checking in xo

Attended a Roofing Party

Using the nail gun was the best part of the party.

That’s a giant magnet I’m rolling around, picking up nails.

Singles are heavy huh.  And roofing is _hard_ work WOAH. Of all the trades, it’s up there.

Here’s to all the knees.

There’s no hiding of anything happening here.
