Dinosaurs at the Royal Tyrrell Museum

The Royal Tyrrell Museum in Alberta – the world’s premiere dinosaur museum and research facility

130,00+ fossils, award-winning facilities, and generates good revenue from tourism, too. The place is so well done, that other countries copy the Royal Tyrrell like a template, when they’re designing their new museum.

Located in Drumheller, Alberta and not far from Dinosaur Provincial Park, the world’s largest concentration of dinosaur bones in the world.

Play the ‘Laser Crowd’ Game

I’m good at moving through crowds, like a laser beam.

Helps that I’m little, and that I’ve been playing “laser through the crowd” forever.

How to play ‘Laser Crowd’

The goal is to make it to the destination fast as possible, going straight through the crowd. No moving on the fringe, no running.

Points are deducted if anything/one touches you, and points are added for cool moves, like, squeezing untouched through an impossible space as it closes, or fancy footwork.

Wasn’t shopping, just passed through during my walk, to get a taste of Boxing Day.

Lasted 12 minutes.

We wear a lot of black in Toronto, eh.

Judge Live Demos to Assess a Phone Before Buying

Not all cell phone stores use live models. Most stores put dummy phones on display: same shell but no guts; fake phones.

Fake is cheaper, but Best Buy Mobile displays live demos of the most popular phones.

And the public paws the crap out of them. 

That’s why they’re good test subjects, all lined up in a row, handled and mauled all day long.  If there’s going to be a weak spot on the phone, you’re going to see it.
