Not being dramatic, eh. It wasn’t until the last couple months, that I started making and having food at home, started to try harder to eat better. I have eating-on-the-go down to a science. A power bar around 5pm, McDonald’s around 9pm, 5 days a week. You probably couldn’t live on my diet.
This has been a staple for a decade plus – Carnation Instant Breakfast.
Know what though?
If the apocalypse ever happens, people will be all “ohhh I’m falling down, oooo my blood sugar level, there’s no organic gluten-free food around”; and I’ll be all, “unaffected”.
